The Russian government is built on responsibility, wisdom and clearly established principles of interaction with the rest of the world. <br />It is impossible to represent Russia in the person of one person. <br />This is a stupid American view, as if the Russians are so stupid and absurd that only one person defines a nation of 158 million.
