Six men who were accused of murdering Shivon Usrah Lewis alias "Tupac" were acquitted of his murder today due to the unreliability of the prosecution's main witness.<br /><br />The men Frankie Bartholomew, Barry Alphonso, Seymour Miguel, Marvin Agard, Randy St Rose and Darryl Wade were before Justice Devan Rampersad in a judge-alone trial that lasted almost two months.<br /><br />Mark Bassant has this report.
