Borobudur is the World’s Biggest (Mahayana) Buddhist Temple - located in Magelang – Central Java, Indonesia.<br /><br />Borobudur is built as a single large stupa and when viewed from above, takes the form of a giant Buddhist mandala. <br /><br />The mandala represents Buddhist cosmology and the three realms of cyclic existence – Samsara.<br /><br />Borobudur temple is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
