It's a taste that will leave you craving more! <br /><br /><br />00:00 Beef Smash Burger<br />00:14 Prepare spice mix<br />00:28 Prepare Burger sauce<br />00:52 Prepare Beef patty<br />02:13 Aray waah<br /><br /><br />Ingredients:<br />Prepare Spice Mix:<br />-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 & ½ tsp<br />-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 & ½ tsp<br />-Dried parsley 1 tsp<br />-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste<br />-Onion powder 2 & ½ tsp<br />Prepare Burger Sauce:<br />-Mayonnaise ¾ Cup<br />-Tomato ketchup 2 tbs<br />-Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp<br />-Lemon juice 1 tsp<br />-Pickled jalapeno chopped 2 tbs<br />Prepare Beef Patty:<br />-Beef qeema (Mince) 600g with 15% fat<br />-Cooking oil 1 tsp <br />-Burger buns 4 <br />-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs<br />-Pyaz (Onion) sliced as required <br />-Olper’s Cheddar Cheese slices 2<br />-Pickled jalapeno slices <br />Assembling:<br />-Iceberg shredded <br />-Tamatar (Tomato) slice<br /><br />Directions:<br />Prepare Spice Mix:<br />-In a bowl,add black pepper crushed,garlic powder,dried parsley,salt,onion powder & mix well.Spice mix is ready!<br />Prepare Burger Sauce:<br />-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,tomato ketchup,Worcestershire sauce,lemon juice,pickled jalapenos,½ tsp of prepared spice mix,mix well & set aside.<br />Prepare Beef Patty:<br />-Take small quantity (80g) of beef mince & make a ball.<br />-Grease griddle with cooking oil & toast buns until light golden & set aside.<br />-On heated griddle,add cooking oil,onion & place meatballs,butter paper & smash it with the help of patty press or flat iron skillet. <br />-Sprinkle prepared spice mix & cook for 4-5 minutes then flip the patties,sprinkle prepared spice mix & cook for 4-5 minutes. <br />-Flip & place cheddar cheese slices on each patty,pickled jalapeno slices & place another fried patty on it & set aside.<br />Assembling:<br />-On toasted burger bun,add & spread prepared burger sauce,iceberg,double burger patties,tomato slice,prepared burger sauce & place another burger bun on top (makes 4).<br />
