Quick, easy and yummy recipe Chicken Cutlet Toast. Everyone will love these. Great for pack and go picnics.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />-Boneless chicken cubes 100g<br />-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste <br />-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tsp<br />-Water ½ Cup<br />-Aloo (Potato) boiled 1 medium<br />-Gajar (Carrot) chopped 3-4 tbs <br />-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 3-4 tbs <br />-Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 2-3<br />-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) chopped 3-4 tbs <br />-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful <br />-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp<br />-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp<br />-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste<br />-Chaat masala ½ tsp<br />-Cornflour 1 tbs<br />-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp<br />-Anda (Egg) 1<br />-Bread slices 4 large<br />-Cooking oil 1 tsp <br /><br />Directions:<br />-In a saucepan,add chicken,salt,ginger garlic paste,water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium low flame until tender (6-8 minutes). <br />-Let it cool.<br />-In a chopper,add boiled chicken,chop well & set aside.<br />-In a bowl,add potato & mash well with the help of masher.<br />-Add chopped chicken,carrot,onion,green chillies,spring onion,fresh coriander,black pepper powder, cumin powder,salt,chaat masala,cornflour,red chilli crushed,egg & mix well.<br />-On a bread slice,add & spread prepared filling.<br />-Grease heated griddle with cooking oil,place prepared toast (mixture side down) & cook on medium flame from both sides until golden (makes 4).<br />-Cut in pieces & serve!<br />
