Just perfect for back to school to make your kid’s lunchbox exciting. <br /><br /><br />Ingredients:<br />-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 3-4 medium<br />-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) finely chopped ½ Cup<br />-Gajar (Carrot) finely chopped ¼ Cup<br />-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) finely chopped ¼ Cup<br />-Sweet corns boiled ¼ Cup<br />-Breadcrumbs 2 tbs or as required<br />-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp<br />-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste<br />-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp<br />-Dried oregano ½ tsp<br />-Hot sauce 1 tbs<br />-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup<br />-Cornflour 2 tbs<br />-Dried oregano ½ tsp<br />-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste <br />-Water ¾ Cup or as required <br />-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required<br />-Cooking oil for frying<br /><br />Directions:<br />-In a bowl,add potatoes & mash well.<br />-Add capsicum,carrot,spring onion,sweet corns,breadcrumbs,black pepper powder,salt,garlic powder,dried oregano,hot sauce & mix well. <br />-Grease hands with oil,take mixture (60g) & with the help of popsicle stick make a lollipop shape.<br />-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,cornflour,dried oregano,salt,water & whisk well.<br />-Now dip lollipops in flour mixture & coat with breadcrumbs.<br />-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy (makes 10).<br />-Serve with tomato ketchup!
