Ingredients:<br /><br />Prepare Dulce de Leche:<br />-Condensed milk 1 can (397g)<br />-Water as required<br />Prepare Chocotorta Filling:<br />-Prepared Dulce de leche 200g<br />-Cream cheese 100g<br />Prepare Chocolate Ganache:<br />-Semi sweetened dark chocolate 100g<br />-Cream 50g<br />-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs<br />Prepare Coffee Mixture:<br />-Hot water ¾ Cup<br />-Instant coffee 1 tbs<br />-Peek Freans Sooper Classic Chocolate 3 packs (69.4g each) <br />-Whipping cream <br /><br />Directions:<br />Prepare Dulce de Leche:<br />-In a pressure cooker,place wire rack & condensed milk can.<br />-Add water (can should be fully submerged in water),cover & pressure cook on full flame until whistle blows then cook on medium flame for 30 minutes.<br />-Carefully takeout condensed milk can from pressure cooker & let it cool at room temperature.<br />-Carefully open the can & mix well.Dulce de leche is ready!<br />Prepare Chocotorta Filling:<br />-In a bowl,add prepared dulce de leche,cream cheese,whisk until well combined & transfer to a piping bag & set aside.<br />Prepare Chocolate Ganache: <br />-In a bowl,add dark chocolate,cream,butter & microwave for 1 minute & mix well until chocolate melts & transfer to a piping bag & set aside.<br />Prepare Coffee Mixture:<br />-In a bowl,add hot water,instant coffee & whisk well.<br />Assembling:<br />-Wrap one side of 3.5 x 8.5-inch mold with cling film & place it on a tray.<br />-Dip chocolate sooper biscuits in prepared coffee mixture & layer them in the base of the mold.<br />-Add a layer of prepared chocotorta filling & chocolate sooper biscuits.<br />-Add another layer of prepared chocotarta filling & chocolate sooper biscuits.<br />-Now add a layer prepared chocolate ganache,tap few times & refrigerate until set (4-5 hours).<br />-Carefully remove chocotorta from mold,decorate with whipping cream & dulce de leche,cut into pieces & serve!
