Have a healthy breakfast with these two overnight oats recipes.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />Peanut Butter Overnight Oats:<br />-Olper’s Milk ¾ Cup<br />-Peanut butter melted 2 tbs<br />-Rolled oats ½ Cup<br />-Chia seeds 1 & ½ tbs<br />-Peanut butter melted<br />-Dried mixed berries as required <br />-Mongphali (Peanuts) chopped<br />-Dried mixed berries<br />-Mongphali (Peanuts) chopped<br />Apple Banana Overnight Oats:<br />-Apple peeled & diced ½ Cup or as required<br />-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ¼ tsp<br />-Honey 1 tsp<br />-Banana 1 <br />-Olper’s Milk ¾ Cup<br />-Rolled oats ½ Cup<br />-Chia seeds 1 & ½ tbs<br /><br />Directions:<br />Peanut Butter Overnight Oats:<br />-In a bowl,add milk,peanut butter & whisk well.<br />-Add rolled oats,chia seeds & mix well.<br />-In a mason jar,add oats mixture,peanut butter,dried mixed berries,peanuts,oats mixture,cover & refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator.<br />-Garnish with dried mixed berries ,peanuts & serve chilled or microwave before serving!<br />-Serve 1 <br />Apple Banana Overnight Oats:<br />-In a bowl,add apple,cinnamon powder,honey & mix well.<br />-In another bowl,add banana & mash well.<br />-Add milk,rolled oats,chia seeds & mix well.<br />-In a mason jar,add oats mixture,cinnamon coated apples,oats mixture,cover & refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator.<br />-Garnish with cinnamon coated apples & serve chilled or microwave before serving!<br />-Serve 1 <br />
