Ingredients:<br />-Aam (Mango) chunks 1 Cup <br />-Water 1 & ¼ Cup<br />-Instant jelly strawberry flavor 1 pack (80g)<br />-China grass powder 1 tsp<br />-Water 1 & ¼ Cup<br />-Instant jelly mango flavor 1 pack (80g)<br />-China grass powder 1 tsp<br />-Olper’s Milk 1 & ½ litre<br />-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste<br />-Custard powder vanilla flavor 5-6 tbs or as required<br />-Olper’s Milk ½ Cup<br />-Ice cubes as required<br />-Olper’s cream 200ml<br />-Sawaiyan (Colored vermicelli) boiled ½ Cup (60g)<br />-Aam (Mango) chunks 1 Cup<br />-Mixed fruit cocktail strained 1 Cup<br />-Red jelly cubes <br />-Yellow jelly cubes <br />-Badam (Almonds) chopped ¼ Cup<br />-Pista (Pistachios) chopped ¼ Cup<br />-Mango puree<br />-Mango cubes <br />-Dry nuts sliced<br /><br />Directions:<br />-In a blender jug,add mango & blend well to make a puree (approx. ½ Cup) & set aside.<br />Perfect Jelly Cubes: <br />-In a saucepan,add water & bring it to boil,add strawberry jelly powder,china grass powder & whisk well.<br />-Transfer to a flat dish & let it cool at room temperature until set. <br />-Cut into cubes & set aside. <br />-In a saucepan,add water & bring it to boil,add mango jelly powder,china grass powder & whisk well.<br />-Transfer to a flat dish & let it cool at room temperature until set. <br />-Cut into cubes & set aside. <br />-In a wok,add milk,sugar,mix well & bring it to boil.<br />-In a bowl,add custard powder,milk & whisk well.<br />-Now add dissolved custard in boiling milk,mix well & cook on low flame until it thickens.<br />-In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it.<br />-Transfer prepared custard in a bowl & & let it cool while stirring on ice cubes.<br />-Add prepared mango puree,cream & whisk until well combined.<br />-Add boiled colored vermicelli,mango chunks,mixed fruit cocktail,red jelly cubes,yellow jelly cubes, almonds,pistachios & fold gently.<br />-Garnish with mango puree,mango cubes,red & yellow jelly cubes,dry nuts & serve chilled!<br />
