Florida’s Department of Education has greenlit classroom use of videos denying the science behind climate change.<br /><br />According to Politico, the videos are produced by the Prager University Foundation, a conservative group known for distorting scientific facts. This is the first time a state has allowed the use of PragerU materials in public schools.<br /><br />The development follows the recent announcements by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis government about new curriculum standards that highlight the “personal benefits” gained from a lifetime of forced labor.<br /><br />Marissa Streit, CEO of PragerU, argues that the videos provide a necessary balance to schools that have been “hijacked by the left.”
