Credit: SWNS / Emily Hodgson<br /><br />A tragic groom has passed away just a day after an emotional hospital wedding with his bride.<br /><br />Ryan Dack, 30, was due to marry girlfriend Rosie, 25, in August but was told there was nothing doctors could do to help him after being diagnosed with pneumonia. <br /><br />He had Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a serious condition that causes progressive muscle weakness but he also developed pneumonia at the end of June.
