BBC News Arabic goes undercover to reveal allegations of widespread sexual abuse and exploitation by spiritual healers.<br /><br />In Morocco and Sudan more than 80 women said they had been raped, assaulted or manipulated into having sex.<br /><br />It is the first time an investigation of this kind has been conducted into the abuse surrounding this unregulated practice.
