Spicy Korean pasta recipe for you to try and enjoy. <br /><br />Ingredients:<br />-Moong phali (Peanuts) roasted 2 tbs<br />-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tsp<br />-Til (Sesame seeds) roasted 1 & ½ tsp<br />-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs<br />-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ¼ tsp or to taste <br />-Chicken powder 1 tsp (optional)<br />-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste<br />-Soy sauce 1 tsp<br />-Dark soy sauce ½ tsp<br />-Hot sauce 1 tbs<br />-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) chopped 1-2 tbs<br />-Cooking oil 3 tbs<br />-Spaghetti boiled 150g <br />-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) chopped<br /><br />Directions:<br />-In a grinder,add peanuts & grind to make powder & set aside.<br />-In a serving bowl,add red chilli crushed,sesame seeds,garlic,red chilli powder,chicken powder,salt, ground peanuts,soy sauce,dark soy sauce,hot sauce & spring onion.<br />-In a small saucepan,add cooking oil,heat it on low flame & add it in bowl then mix well.<br />-Add spaghetti & give it a good mix. <br />-Garnish with spring onion leaves & serve!
