Opposition Leader Kamla Persad-Bissessar has written a formal complaint to the Elections and Boundaries Commission over what the political party claims were irregularities with the special ballot boxes.<br />The EBC has been called upon to investigate the claims and provide an answer before polls close on Monday.<br />Alicia Boucher has more in this report.
