Jamaica's top diplomat in this country gave his last address as High Commissioner last week during an event marking his country's 61st Independence anniversary.<br /><br />The event was attended by members of Cabinet including Foreign Affairs Minister Dr Amery Browne, Members of the Diplomatic Core and other specially invited guests.<br /><br />The outgoing High Commissioner said he had been privileged to witness the deepening of the bond between our two countries.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
