Viewers have been given an early look at Bradley Cooper as American composer and conductor Leonard Bernstein in the first trailer for Maestro.<br /><br />Released on Tuesday, 15 August, the teaser clip shows the actor playing the renowned musician, who was Jewish.<br /><br />The film tells the story of the relationship between Bernstein and his wife, Felicia Montealegre Cohn Bernstein (Carey Mulligan).<br /><br />Cooper has been criticised for wearing a prosthetic nose in order to play older versions of his character.<br /><br />Fans have accused the star of “fuelling antisemitic stereotypes”.
