A group of “mystic” meerkats at a zoo in East Sussex have placed their bets on who will win the World Cup final on Sunday, 20 August, as England prepare to face Spain.<br /><br />Earlier this week, the animals - who live at Drusillas Park - correctly predicted that the Lionesses would win the semi-final against Australia.<br /><br />Footage shows the meerkats swarming a bucket of food with the England flag on, seemingly forecasting a victory this weekend.<br /><br />The ‘mystic meerkats’ have been predicting football results since 2021, and correctly predicted the Lionesses’ results all the way to the Euro 2022 finals.
