The Elections and Boundaries Commission was scheduled to begin a second recount of votes in the Lengua/Indian Walk Electoral District on Thursday.<br /><br />The first recount ended in a tie between the candidates for the PNM and the UNC.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
