Perfect for beating the summer heat and treating your taste buds to a nutty paradise!<br /><br /><br />Ingredients:<br />-Pista (Pistachios) 1/3 Cup (soaked for 2 hours)<br />-Badam (Almonds) 12-15 (soaked for 2 hours)<br />-Char maghaz (Melon seeds) 2 tbs (soaked for 2 hours)<br />-Water ¼ Cup<br />-Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ litre<br />-Cornflour 1 tbs<br />-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste<br />-Green food color as required <br />-Pistachio essence 1 tsp (optional) <br />-Green jelly cubes as required<br />-Yellow jelly cubes as required<br />-Sagudana (Tapioca sago) boiled as required<br />-Pista (Pistachios) sliced as required<br />-Ice crushed <br />-Pista (Pistachios) sliced <br /><br />Directions:<br />-In a grinder,add pistachios,almonds,melon seeds,water,blend well & set aside.<br />-In a wok,add milk,blended paste,cornflour,sugar & whisk well.<br />-Turn on the flame & bring it to boil (stir in between).<br />-Add green food color & mix well.<br />-Add pistachios essence,mix well & cook on low flame for a minute.<br />-Let it cool.<br />-In a jug,add green jelly,yellow jelly,tapioca sago,prepared sharbat,pistachios & mix well.<br />-Add crushed ice,pistachios & serve!<br />
