Now you can make perfect bread continently without oven using just a simple frying pan. Do give this a try and enjoy your cooking. <br /><br />Ingredients:<br />Prepare Dough:<br />-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & ½ tbs<br />-Khameer (Instant yeast) 3 tsp<br />-Warm water 1 Cup<br />-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups<br />-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp<br />-Cooking oil 2 tbs<br />-Water ¼ Cup or as required <br />-Cooking oil 1 tsp <br />-Doodh (Milk) <br />-Til (Sesame seeds) as required<br />-Cooking oil/Butter as required<br /><br />Directions:<br />Prepare Dough:<br />-In a small jug,add caster sugar,instant yeast,warm water,mix well,cover & let it proof for 5-10 minutes.<br />-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt & mix well.<br />-Add dissolved yeast mixture,cooking oil & mix well.<br />-Gradually add water & knead until dough is formed,grease with cooking oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour (warm place).<br />-Sprinkle dry flour & knead dough until smooth. <br />-Take a small dough (65g) & make a ball.<br />-Grease thick bottom frying pan with cooking oil,place dough balls (give a little space between dough balls),cover with cling film & let it proof for 30 minutes.<br />-Apply milk & sprinkle sesame seeds.<br />-Preheat heat diffuser plate,place frying pan,cover with lid & kitchen cloth then let it cook on low flame for 7 minutes.<br />-Now flip carefully,cover & continue cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes (makes 10-11).<br />-Apply cooking oil or butter & serve!<br />
