The state weather bureau on Sunday, Aug. 27, said the Super Typhoon (STY) Goring (international name: Saola) maintained its strength and will begin to follow the forecasted loop path over the Philippine Sea east of Cagayan and Isabela area.<br /><br />PAGASA said STY Goring continues to “maintain its strength” as it moves southward east northeast of Casiguran, Aurora.<br /><br />Moving southward slowly, PAGASA said the STY Goring has maximum sustained winds of 185 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 230 km/h.<br /><br />READ MORE: https://mb.com.ph/2023/8/27/goring-maintains-strength-begins-loop-over-ph-sea-1
