An amazing crispy Chicken sliders with flatbread. Perfect for any occasion and specially for lunchboxes.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />Prepare Flat Bread:<br />-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups<br />-Baking powder 1 tsp<br />-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste<br />-Dahi (Yogurt) ½ Cup<br />-Water ½ Cup or as required<br />Prepare Crispy Chicken Sliders: <br />-Chicken fillets small 400g<br />-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste<br />-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp<br />-Paprika powder 1 tsp<br />-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp<br />-Dried oregano ½ tsp<br />-Lemon juice 1-2 tbs<br />-Cornflakes 1 Cup substitute: Breadcrumbs <br />-Paprika powder 1 tsp<br />-Dried oregano ½ tsp<br />-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp<br />-Mustard powder ½ tsp<br />-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup <br />-Anday (Eggs) 2<br />-Cooking oil for frying <br />Prepare Spicy Mayo Sauce:<br />-Mayonnaise 1/3 Cup <br />-Hot sauce 2 tbs<br />-Mustard paste ½ tbs<br />-Paprika powder ¼ tsp<br />-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp<br />-Sugar powdered ½ tsp <br />-Lemon juice 1 tsp <br />-Salad patta (Lettuce leaves) <br /><br />Directions:<br />Prepare Flat Bread:<br />-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,baking powder,salt & mix well.<br />-Add yogurt & mix well.<br />-Gradually add water,mix well & knead until dough is formed,cover & let it rest for 10 minutes.<br />-Sprinkle dry flour & roll out the dough with the help of rolling pin.<br />-Cut 6-inch of round dough with the help of cutter.<br />-On heated griddle,place rolled dough & cook on medium flame from both sides until light golden.<br />Prepare Crispy Chicken Sliders: <br />-Pound chicken fillets from both sides with the help of meat mallet.<br />-Sprinkle salt,black pepper powder,paprika powder,garlic powder,dried oregano & lemon juice on both side,rub gently & marinate for 10 minutes.<br />-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour.<br />-In another bowl,add eggs & whisk well.<br />-In ziplock bag,add cornflakes & crush coarsely. <br />-In bowl,add cornflakes,paprika powder,dried oregano,garlic powder,mustard powder & mix well.<br />-Now coat marinated chicken in all-purpose flour then dip in whisked eggs & coat with cornflakes.<br />-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on low flame from both sides until golden & crispy.<br />Prepare Spicy Mayo Sauce:<br />-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,hot sauce,mustard sauce,paprika powder,garlic powder,sugar,lemon juice,mix well & transfer to a squeeze bottle.<br />Assembling:<br />-On a flat bread,add lettuce leaves,crispy chicken slider,drizzle spicy mayo sauce & serve (makes 4)!
