Malaysians can start bidding for the special registration vehicle plate with prefix and suffix of M in conjunction with the 66th Merdeka Day celebration starting Thursday (Aug 31).<br /><br />Transport Minister Anthony Loke said the special registration plate prefix and suffix of “M...
