DepEd to prioritize building of classrooms in disaster-prone areas <br /><br />Education (DepEd) Assistant Secretary Francis Bringas, concurrent deputy spokesman, said that they will prioritize the construction of classrooms in areas heavily affected by natural disasters. Over P10 billion from the proposed 2024 national budget will be used to build 7,000 classrooms.
