Republican's long-time senator, Mitch McConnell, froze for over 30 seconds during a press conference in Covington, Kentucky on Wednesday.<br /><br />McConnell, 81, initially struggled to speak and hear after a reporter asked him if he would run in the upcoming 2026 after an event with the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce.<br /><br />In less than a month, this is the second time he has struggled. Earlier, McConnell froze during a Capitol Hill news conference.
