TV star Jeremy Vine has called for a change in the urban traffic system and has said the overtaking of bicycles by cars in big cities should be banned.<br /><br />The popular TV personality says the decrease in speed limits in towns and cities has reached a point where it's more practical for motorists to may way for cyclists.<br /><br />Vine - who is an avid cyclist - also proposed that drivers pull over to allow cyclists to pass if they see them in their rear-view mirrors.<br /><br />We asked people in Manchester to find out their thoughts on slowing down for cyclists.
