In an update, Desalcott expressed confidence that by tonight it would be able to ramp up production to high capacity.<br />This assurance was given at a joint press conference at 4pm today, where the company reported that its desal plant had been back DOWN again .<br />WASA says, there are back-up plans.<br />Alicia Boucher tells us more.
