Credit: SWNS / Chris Equale<br /><br />Chris Equale captured Theodore the cat raiding the kitchen countertop and dropping treats on the floor for corgi Hammy to devour. <br /> <br />Hammy, six, has always had trouble reaching countertops due to his short legs, but earlier this year the duo joined forces and came up with the clever trick.<br /><br />Chris, a content creator, first witnessed the stratagem when cooking his birthday lunch on January 20. <br /><br />As he was cooking, the short-legged dog began loitering around the kitchen and barking, something the cat noticed.<br /><br />Theodore, one, then leapt onto the counter and picked up a piece of broccoli, before jumping back down, dropping it in front of the corgi and flitting off.<br /><br />Since then, the pair have been doing this regularly, especially when no one is around.
