Joe Jonas Files for Divorce , From Sophie Turner.<br />Jonas filed a petition for dissolution of marriage on Sept. 5 in Florida, 'Today' reports.<br />According to the petition, "the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken.".<br />The couple has been married for four years.<br />They share two children together.<br />The divorce filing states that "it is in the best interests of the minor children that the parties have shared parental responsibility.".<br />Jonas and Turner issued a <br />joint statement on Sept. 6.<br />After four years of wonderful <br />marriage we have mutually decided <br />to amicably end our marriage, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner, via joint statement.<br />There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner, via joint statement.<br />The couple had a prenuptial agreement <br />in place, 'Today' reports.
