Hong Kong and southern China fight boundless flooding from record downpours.<br />Hong Kong and southern Chinese urban communities are doing combating far and wide flooding as the locale perseveres through a portion of its heaviest precipitation on record.<br /><br />On Friday, roads and tram stations were submerged in Hong Kong as authorities shut schools and work environments.<br /><br />The climate authority said the storm, which started on Thursday, is the greatest to stir things up around town in almost 140 years.
