Choks Thenappan took over the North Lane cafe in June, launching an evening menu with head chef Sandhiya Prasad and her husband Rameswaran Selvarathinam a month later. <br /><br />The daytime offering remains the same, with Choks keeping on the two long-standing cafe chefs.
