Marikina rice retailers get subsidy <br /><br />Small rice retailers from Marikina City receive P15,000 financial subsidy from the national government on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 to help them cope with losses they could incur with the imposition of the price cap as contained in Executive Order 39. President Ferdinand R.
