Former President Donald Trump on Wednesday reacted to the recent impeachment inquiry against President Joe Biden.<br /><br />What Happened: Trump put forward the idea that an impeachment inquiry against Biden by House Republicans could be a form of retaliation for his impeachment, Politico reported.<br /><br />Trump, during a SiriusXM radio interview with Megyn Kelly, a former Fox and NBC host, said, “They did it to me… and had they not done it to me … perhaps you wouldn’t have it being done to them."<br /><br />Trump referred to the two impeachment trials he faced, one for alleged power abuse and obstruction of Congress and another for “incitement of insurrection” after the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. He was acquitted in both instances.
