Rishi Sunak has announced American Bully XL dog breeds will be banned by the end of the year after a string of attacks.<br /><br />This follows a recent attack on Saturday September 9, where an 11-year-old girl was left with serious shoulder injuries and two others were injured in Birmingham.<br /><br />A video circulating on social media showed an American bully XL and Stafforshire bull terrier crossbreed running through the street after breaking free from its collar.<br /><br />We headed to the streets of Manchester to find out what locals think about banning certain breeds of dog.
