Residents of Lowkie Trace, Penal are pleading with WASA to ensure their community gets an improved service.<br /><br />They say depending on where they live along the street, they have not gotten water in their homes anywhere between four weeks and two months.<br /><br />They tell reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh that children are missing school since families simply don’t have water to bathe or wash clothes.
