New tensions in the West Philippine Sea as China installs a floating barrier that prevents Filipino fishermen from entering a part of Bajo de Masinloc or Scarborough Shoal. This comes more than a month since Beijing blocked a resupply mission to the grounded BRP Sierra Madre in Ayungin Shoal.<br /><br />The Philippine Coast Guard says the floating barrier is both illegal and dangerous.
