A 15-year-old girl was stabbed to death in Croydon on the morning of September 27.<br /><br />Chief Superintendent Andy Brittain, in charge of local policing, said the Met's "immediate thoughts are with this young girl’s family who are facing the most tragic of news".<br /><br />Footage online showed a number of emergency vehicles, including the London Ambulance Service, in attendance.
