A $250 million fraud trial in New York is set to put the Trump family on the witness stand. According to a Business Insider report published on Wednesday, Donald Trump’s eldest children will be testifying against their father and his real estate empire, The Trump Organization.<br /><br />The State Attorney General, Letitia James, has subpoenaed Donald Trump’s eldest children Ivanka Trump, Donald Trump Jr., and Eric Trump. The non-jury trial is set to begin on Monday in Manhattan.<br /><br />Ivanka Trump, a former executive vice president of the Trump Organization, will be the first to testify. She was previously a plaintiff in the lawsuit but was released after an appeals court found the claims against her were too old.
