We got our hands on some of the pages from the Twin Chefs’ cookbook. For this recipe, they use to dark chocolate to make those leeches slightly more palatable!<br /><br />Read the full recipe on www.little-nightmares.com<br /><br />1. Melt the butter.<br />2. Spread the puff pastry sheet onto a flour-dusted surface.<br />3. Cut two rectangles of 16x20cm.<br />4. Cover one rectangle with the melted butter, then sprinkle sugar and cinnamon, according to taste, on it.<br />5. Cover the rectangle with the second one. Pinch the sides to seal it.<br />6. Cut into 2cm strips. Take them by the ends and twist them 3 to 6 times.<br />7. Shape them into leeches and then bake for 10 mins at 190°C.<br />8. Melt dark chocolate and cover the leeches with it when they are done.<br />9.
