Typhoon Jenny maintained its strength as it moved north-northwestward at 10 kilometers per hour (kph) over the Philippine Sea, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Tuesday, Oct. 3.<br /><br />In its 4 p.m. bulletin, PAGASA said the center of typhoon Jenny was observed at 325 kilometers east-northeast of Itbayat, Batanes.<br /><br />"Jenny" has maximum sustained winds of 155 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 190 kph, said PAGASA.
