3 Filipino fishermen killed in South China Sea boat collision<br /><br />Three Filipino fishermen lost their lives when a foreign commercial ship collided with their boat in the South China Sea near the Philippines. The incident occurred early Monday morning, Oct. 2, 2023, northwest of Scarborough Shoal.
