Justice official urges teachers to respect students' rights after slap leads to death<br /><br />Department of Justice (DoJ) Undersecretary Raul Vasquez, who is in charge of child protection, expressed his disappointment over an incident at the Peñafrancia Elementary School where a teacher slapped a Grade 5 student that resulted eventually in his death.
