Ingredients<br />50 gm Kimchi<br />2 cups Cooked Rice<br />For the sauce<br />1 tbsp gochujang paste<br />2 tsp rice vinegar<br />1 tsp soy sauce<br />Other ingredients<br />Oil for frying<br />2 whisked eggs<br />3 tbsp chopped spring onion greens<br />3-4 sliced chicken sausages<br />Salt to taste<br />1 toasted nori sheet<br />1 tsp toasted sesame seeds<br />Fired egg for garnish<br />Method<br />1. Chop the kimchi and keep aside.<br />2. Next mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and keep aside.<br />3. Next in a kadia or wok heat oil and fry and scramble the egg, remove once cooked and keep it aside.<br />4. In the same kadia heat some more oil and fry the spring onions and sausages for a few seconds, then add the kimchi, prepared sauce and stir fry for 1 min.<br />5. Next add the rice, eggs and toss well on high heat. check the seasoning and serve hot with fried egg on top .
