A police cordon remains in place at the scene of Tuesday's attack in Maple Terrace.<br />Police have named the victim as Emergency services attended the scene and the man, who can now be named as 54-year-old Ian Langley of Sunderland.<br />A man arrested on suspicion of murder has been released on police bail with conditions. Enquiries are ongoing.
