The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Friday, Oct. 6 lifted all tropical cyclone wind warnings issued due to typhoon Jenny (international name: Koinu), as it no longer directly affected any part of the country.<br /><br />In its final bulletin for Jenny, PAGASA last spotted the center of the eye of the typhoon 385 kilometers (km) west-northwest of Itbayat, Batanes.<br /><br />It left the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) on Thursday afternoon, Oct. 5.
