T-Mobile to Force Customers With Older Plans , to Switch to Newer Ones.<br />T-Mobile to Force Customers With Older Plans , to Switch to Newer Ones.<br />Beginning next week, T-Mobile customers on "One, Simple Choice, Magenta and Magenta 55 Plus plans" will receive notices...<br />Beginning next week, T-Mobile customers on "One, Simple Choice, Magenta and Magenta 55 Plus plans" will receive notices...<br />... stating that their November bill cycles <br />will reflect changes to their plans, <br />including price increases, CNET reports.<br />We're always looking for ways to give our customers more from our services so we're moving a small number who were on older rate plans to newer plans that will deliver them enhanced features, T-Mobile, via statement.<br />There will be an increase <br />of approximately $10 per line <br />with the migration, T-Mobile, via statement.<br />However, signing up for AutoPay <br />can save you $5 per line.<br />If a customer doesn't want <br />a new plan, they can reverse the change <br />by calling T-Mobile's customer care.<br />Customers will have a certain amount of time <br />to do so, though the exact period in which they <br />must make the request has yet to be disclosed.<br />It's also not clear if customers who <br />choose to return to their previous plans <br />will be able to do so indefinitely...<br />... or if they'll be subjected to the <br />forced change again in the future
