Static high knee with opposing arm curls - repeat on other side<br /><br />3. Chest flies with pike ups<br /><br />4. Lateral squats with single arm presses<br /><br />5. Switch jump lunge to lunge forward and reverse<br /><br />6. Renegade rows to push up.
