Conduct site inspections to ensure that all structural elements are being built according to the design plans and specifications.<br />2. Review and approve structural design drawings and calculations.<br />3. Coordinate with the project team to ensure that all structural work is being completed on schedule and within budget.<br />4. Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.<br />5. Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations.<br />6. Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to resolve any structural issues that may arise during construction.<br />7. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and construction schedules.<br />8. Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team.<br />9. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that all work meets the required standards.<br />10. Identify and address any potential safety hazards on the construction site.<br /><br />Salary:<br />AED 5,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.<br />Requirements<br />1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.<br />2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a structural engineer in the construction industry.<br />3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.<br />4. Proficient in using structural design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and ETABS.<br />5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<br />6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.<br />7. Ability to work well in a team and independently.<br />8. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.<br />9. Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.<br />10. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.<br />11.
