Employment: Full Time<br />• Greetings and Welcoming Guests<br />• Managing Reservations: Record and confirm reservation through calls and WhatsApp message.<br />• Seating Arrangements: Allocate tables appropriately based on guest’s preferences and group size.<br />• Ensure efficient table turnover.<br />• Providing Information about the restaurant, Menus, Special, promotion.<br />• Coordinating with Service Staff to ensure smooth service flow, relay special requests from guest to service staff.<br />• Maintaining wait area, ensure the waiting area is clean, organized and inviting for guests.<br />• Monitor guest wait times and provide updates as needed.<br />• Handling guest concerns: address guests concern issues promptly and professionally.<br />• Notify the manager or supervisor of any serious concerns.<br />• Adhering to health and safety standards<br />Salary:<br />AED 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.<br />Requirements<br />• High school diploma or equivalent.<br />• Previous experience as Hostess in a Restaurant.<br />• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br />• Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and composure.<br />• Familiarity with reservation systems.<br />• Neat and professional appearance.<br /><br />Nature of Job<br />• Stand and walk for extended periods.<br />• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic restaurant environment.<br />• Shift-based work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
