The Campaign Against Antisemitism charity claims the Met Police pulled over vans it was running through central London which were broadcasting images of children taken hostage by Hamas.<br /><br />In response, the Met said it took the actions it did to protect the van drivers and their property, with a vigil being held nearby in memory of those killed after a hospital was hit in Gaza.
